Dr. Klingensmith is in private chiropractic practice in Sparta, NC practicing SOT for over 20 years. He is Board certified by American Academy of Pain Management (AAPM) and on the Advisory committee and chiropractic (SOT) liaison to the American Academy of Pain Management. Aside from being a pilot, Firefighter and Law Enforcement Officer he is EMT/Paramedic/PA certified in several states and a North Carolina level III fire instructor. Dr. Klingensmith is the executive director of the Sacro Occipital Technique Organization – USA and is a Certified SOT Practitioner.
