PLEASE NOTE: Due to the significant discounts there will be no refunds, and the early bird discount will only remain available until October 15, 2016 (Northern California Series).

You will need to submit registration information by filling out the registration form, which will be used for membership information and certification submission information. If you like you can fill out the information and fax it to the SOTO-USA home office at 336- 372-1541.

If you register through pay pal you will still need to fax the pdf registration form to the SOTO-USA home office at 336- 372-1541.

Doctors and 1st/2nd year doctors need to renew their SOTO-USA membership annually whereas chiropractic students in college pays only a one time membership fee and following graduation will then need to renew SOTO-USA membership annually.
